Join us for a hike through time to celebrate Hampstead's 275th anniversary.

On this hike, we will explore the West Hampstead Cemetery, the old Hampstead Ski Hill, the Johnson Farm homestead with house and barn foundations, and we will walk along the B&M Railroad bed (now Rockingham Recreation Trail), Cemetery Road, Old Johnson Road, and Griffin Road (the last 2 are abandoned old town roads). Most of the hike will be through old farmlands/tree lots that aren't much different than they were in the 1700's.

The hike will be about 2 miles with 250' of elevation gain/loss. Sturdy, waterproof footwear and hiking poles are recommended and we will aim to make it a 2 hour hike.
