About Better Health (Utah’s SNAP-Education program):

Our goal is to help people cook healthy meals on a budget, buy and prepare whole foods, understand food labels, practice safety in the kitchen, and much more. With the increase in disease and obesity in the United States, there is an obvious need for more education to promote positive lifestyle changes. Create Better Health is designed to increase the knowledge, skill set, and overall well-being of those it serves.
