NH School Funding Fairness Project Presentation

Zack Sheehan from the NH State Funding Fairness Project will discuss how New Hampshire funds public schools, and how the system of low State funding creates disparities in tax bills and in the educational opportunities available to students from town to town. This is an hour-long presentation that includes plenty of time for Q&A. They will focus on the history of school funding in New Hampshire and various legal and legislative attempts at change while grounding their discussion in local data from Hampstead students and taxpayers.
