Sub Zero will visit us here in Hampstead!  Their program includes interactive, visual experiments, fun science facts and formulas regarding Ideal Gas Law, States of Matter, Density, Pressure and more (in kid-friendly language!) Then they transition into making the ice cream and relating what the kids just learned to the science of liquid nitrogen ice cream!  Space is LIMITED and sign up required.  Please check back in late May for more details.
